It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

So...it's been a while since I've updated. My sincerest apologies to all of my avid fans! I'm SO excited about this Christmas season! I've been to Opryland to see all of the magical lights, and I got to see ICE! with Charlie Brown and the gang! It was so COOL...literally! I've already performed with the Community Choir where we sang in the Community Christmas Concert. It was AMAZING! *Shout out to Jon & Hal and their mad tuba/trumpet playing skills!* I got to bake 6 dozen cookies for my very first cookie swap at church this year...that was a lot of fun! We exchanged gifts at schools today, we're having our Christmas breakfast feast/movie tomorrow morning, this Saturday I'll be attending The Living Christmas Tree by Sevier Heights, and then Sunday I'll be having Christmas with the Galloways! There is so much more on my list of wonderful things to do! Below are some pictures of all of the fun that I've had so far! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and an amazing zolo! (Yep, that's 2010...two thousand ten, Cindy!)

More of My Favorite Things

1. TJ Maxx

I love shopping at TJ Maxx. I almost always find something that I think I can't possibly live without. Just this week I came across a dress from The Limited that was originally $40, and I got it for $17! I also scored a bargain on an iHome and a pair of flip flops!!

2. The Patio
Looking for a great Italian meal that doesn't leave your wallet empty? Check out The Patio in Madisonville! It is so good! The portions are enough to share with two other people, and the desserts are out of this world! Below is a picture of the German Chocolate Cake that my sister ordered for me for my birthday!

3. TWILIGHT

Yep, that's right, I'm one of those people! I became obsessed last summer. I have read all four of the books, attended the midnight release of the fourth book, Breaking Dawn (and stayed up most of the night reading it), went to the midnight release of the movie, went back the same day to see it again with more friends, and then saw it again three days later with some of the same people. I was even one of those insane people that went to the midnight release of the DVD last Saturday. Yes, I know there were plenty there later on that afternoon, but it just wouldn't have been the same. Anyway, if you haven't read these amazing works of literature, you need to get on the bandwagon! Even my mom has started!! Team Edward all the way!!!

4. My Blackberry

I got my Blackberry back before Christmas after many pro/con lists and deliberating with the Verizon salesman! I am now addicted. I love being able to check my e-mail without having to turn on my computer, checking out my Facebook and my Twitter accout....which leads me to...

5. Twitter

After a chat before Sunday School last week, my interest had been piqued. What is this Twitter thing this guy is talking about? So, I came home, turned on the computer, and began my investigation. Come to find out, Twitter is coolest thing! It's like updating your Facebook status....that's it. You can become a follower of anyone else that has Twitter. I love it! Guiliana Rancic has become one of my favorite people to follow. She 'twitters' all the time! If you're on Twitter, look me up!

MY BEST FRIEND

My best friend is a gal named Hal! I love her to pieces! She is my shopping partner, my Bible study pal, my Babysitter's Club viewing (and singing) friend, my Sunday Night After Church What's Said at the Table Stays at the Table Dinner and Discussion group member, my Wednesday night after Awana Sonic group member, and many, many, many other things.

Thanks for being an amazing friend, Hal!

My Favorite Things

1. Lucy
How can you not love this fluffy little thing?

2. Snow Days
Don't get me wrong, I love my job, but who doesn't love a day off? I love snow!

3. Celine Dion
My mom, sister, and myself just went to see her in Atlanta this past weekend. Words cannot express how fabulous this woman is! If you ever get the chance to go see her in concert, you should definitely go!

4. The Babysitter's Club Series on VHS
While talking one night over Christmas break, my sister discovered that Hailey has a lot of the Babysitter's Club videos. It was decided right then that there would be a marathon the next night! We all gathered around the tv the next night reminiscing and singing the theme song over and over (Jonathan really loved Katie's singing abilities).

5. Greek
I didn't start watching this ABC Family show until the beginning of the second season, but I fell in love with it! I recently found the first season on sale at Target and decided to buy it. This show cracks me up! It almost makes me want to go back to college....sort of.....not really though.

I am officially a blogger now. After reading several blogs for a while now, I have decided to jump on the bandwagon. I'm not sure what I will post on here, or how often you will be hearing from me, but buckle up because I'm sure it's going to be a fun ride! :)
